Immigration Process
If you are planning to immigrate to Canada, you must be fully aware of how critical the preparation of your application. This application will be reviewed by Canadian immigration authorities, who will determine whether you are eligible for a Canadian Permanent Resident Visa. Thus, we highly advise you to follow these important steps, to increase your chances for a successful application:

Step One – Qualification
By filling out our Free Evaluation Form , we will be able to analyze and qualify your chances of being accepted as a Canadian Permanent Resident. We will send you the results of our evaluation by e-mail. The analysis process usually takes 48 hours from the time we receive your form.
If you receive a positive evaluation from us, we advise you to start the application process for a Canadian Visa by applying as soon as possible. Canadian immigration laws can change at any moment and lessen the advantages that you have today.
Step Two – Processing Your File
At this step of the procedure, we will request your contractual commitment so that we may assist and represent you in your application for a Canadian Visa. To do so, we will send you a contract, indicating our fees as well as the methods of payment. As well, we will specify the provincial and federal application fees to be paid. As soon as we receive the signed contract and the first payment, a package will be sent to you along with the application number that you will use as a reference throughout the Immigration process.
Together, we will review your situation, prepare your file and initiate the suitable procedures for your case. Your file will contain, among other documents and forms duly completed and checked by our specialists, a letter of introduction highlighting the important points of your candidacy.
If you have Internet access, we suggest that you access a number of sites that will help you learn more about Canada . In this way, the Canadian authorities will be able to see, during the interview stage, that you have conscientiously prepared for settling in Canada.
Step 3 – Interview / Waiver
After studying your application, the government authorities will send us a summons for an interview or, in the best case scenario: you will be waived of the interview. If you are summoned, we will send you the notification letter and will schedule a date for telephone interview training with one of our specialists. During the interview training, we will examine the strong and the weaker points of your candidacy. You will then know what to highlight during your interview with the immigration officer.
At the end of the interview, the immigration officer will explain the immigration authorities’ position with regard to your case.
Step 4 – Background Check and Health
Canadian immigration authorities will send you a list of local accredited doctors from whom you will have to take the medical examinations attesting to your good health. Meanwhile, Canadian authorities will verfiy if you have any criminal record. As in the preceding steps, advisors will accompany you and will help you get through this step.
If no disqualifying elements are found during the medical examinations and the security investigation, Canadian authorities will issue you a permanent resident visa, which will allow you to establish yourself, freely, in Canada. This visa also includes your dependents.
