Total estimated cost for the two hotels and four restaurant pads will be approximately $25.6M including construction costs, furniture, fixture and equipment, lands, associated soft costs, franchise fee, architectural costs and civil engineering costs. The development of Fairfield Inn and Courtyard provides a good opportunity to invest because of the advantage it will have over its competitors. The hospitality industry in Columbus is composed of hotels which are over 10 years old, despite this fact, the hotels are still getting a high level of occupancy. The new property location has excellent visibility from major roadways.
