Construction continues to move forward at Ponte do Vau Beach Resort – Hard Rock Hotel Algarve, a landmark hospitality development by Mercan Properties located overlooking Vau Beach in Portimão.
Set to become the first Hard Rock Hotel in Portugal, the project is reaching important milestones across multiple construction areas. On Plot 2, Block A is now taking shape with the structure clearly visible, while foundation works at Block B continue to progress following the completion of the first concrete slab. At Block E, structural works are well advanced, with preparations underway for the next floor slab pour.
These developments reflect the steady advancement of one of the Algarve’s most anticipated hotel projects. Once completed, Ponte do Vau Beach Resort – Hard Rock Hotel Algarve will strengthen the region’s tourism offering while contributing to local economic growth and job creation.
